often are well matched to the culture of the company, because of the connection to the existing employee.
Make sure you hand out the "rewards" in view of the whole company, and make a big deal out of the ceremony... the more powerful the "thanks", the more excited the employees will be to refer.

As an Olympic sports enthusiast and active competitive T&F athlete (when time allows) I invite other interested members of the RBC to join me in following and commenting on the 2012 London Olympic Games.
In London over the next seventeen days some 10,000 of the world's best athletes, from over 200 nations, have qualified and are assembled to compete across approx. 300 events in the world's largest and most prestigious sporting event--the Olympic Games.
It should be exciting to see some world records fall and enjoy great team competitions in a variety of venues. Basketball for the U.S. is not necessarily a given anymore and T&F, Soccer, Swimming and Gymnastics are all up for grabs.
BTW—the metaphor of sports competition, as it relates to recruitment, exists on many levels. I invite you to explore the subjects and make your own observations and comparisons based on personal and observed experiences.
I look forward to your participation. …
