e has any specific tips on managing my team around candidate management. This is a skill that I inherently get but I am not 100% sure of how to teach it.
Finally, I am wondering what advice anyone can give if they are the middle person between the hiring manager and the recruiter. How do you manage the expectations of the hiring manager with the capacity of the recruiter?
ent that both clarifies and confirms the mutual expectations of both parties involved.
If some form of this preliminary process is a true requirement of the talent pipelining service provider, (e.g. a real "deal-breaker") then the "value" is relatively simple to generate in some relevant proof; however, without any real pre-determined mutual expectations of the deliverables expected, any attempts of "proof of value" is inherently problematic.

s: Does the cloud offer agencies something that isn't replicated on a self managed mainframe server beyond remote access? We are as an agency moving more and more onto the cloud but what are we actually moving? The same database, mail servers and internal resources. Now, however we can access these from anywhere rather than just in the office. Does it inherently change the way a recruiter works? No and I don't think the majority of my colleagues would be any the wiser either way.
