free, there is no reason someone couldn't set up a professional looking company site and email address for under $100 and in less than a day on their own. When I get emails from free email providers I usually delete them instantly because it looks like its a scam or a mass mailing. Using your client's email address though could give away the client and let the candidate go directly to them which could be a bad thing too.
