Now it seems, could be wrong, that internal corporate recruiters are phone contact recruiting directly into competitors with social media found names.
Seems the only role left that third parties did internal corporate recruiters didn't was direct cold calling around departments looking for candidates. Are corporate recruiters now engaged in that as well?If so, then is it fair to say there's nothing 3rd parties are doing that internal corporate recruiters aren't also doing themselves?…
