SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
1.1.1 Primary responsibility for ensuring that the established recruitment process is followed and the resume warehouse is maintained so that PL and other users can easily retrieve accurate information on candidates.
1.2 Assisting in Project Management
1.2.1 Assemble candidate search info to be sent to the PS, in accordance instructions.
1.2.2 Assist Project Leaders in contacting or verifying candidates.
1.2.3 Perform other assigned tasks and participate in special projects as required.
1.3 Process Improvement
1.3.1 Participate in internal / external continuous process-improvement.
1.3.2 Improve processes / functions as the need arises.
1.4 Contract Administration
1.4.1 Generate PS Contracts
1.4.2 Assemble and ship contract packages
1.5 Stamps Control
1.5.1 Maintain stamps control database and log
1.5.2 Issue stamps to PSs when requested by PLs
2. QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Compliance with the requirements of the company quality management system and program specific procedures.
2.2 Participation in quality document preparation, corrective action, process-improvement, and special project activities.
