They were all in alphabetical order in my my large plastic file card box and I loved watching the yellow cards take up more space as I developed business. These cards held hand written notes of all the history of these accounts. The date I called, what happened, birthdays, favorite vacation spots. I even put smiley faces on the companies that were a pleasure to call. Ah yes, totally inefficient by today's standards but man I was productive with my stone age systems. But in the sense that if they walk in to an interview not dressed appropraitely or as Marcia mentioned about hygiene,clothing,hair etc. Is that one of the queries the interviewer will be thinking is, if they cant look after themselves properly how on earth are they going to deliever to our candidates/clients.
