With the rise of Social Media recruitment you also need to ensure you have something in your Terms & Conditions that prevent clients from receiving your candidate and then approaching them directly on LinkedIn or Facebook etc. Be sure to draw the elements of your Ts & Cs to your client at the very beginning of your engagement. Topic: Help with C2C java Candidates!!!!: and Sprint. I have recently stated receiving bulk projects for java candidates and I am having a hard time to fill all this requirements. I am not able to fill this requirement on only W2 contractors, I am looking for some one who does C2C and has expertise in Java candidates. We have a great business in java reqs this year and I am looking for some one who is willing to business at the rate of Telco industry standards. Topic: Opinion: Candidates who Submit Resumes in .PDF Format: ore I have thought about it, I now see this as the ultimate sign of honesty and integrity on behalf of a candidate. By "locking" their resume in to a .PDF - they are essentially saying "This is who I am, and I am not changing." Passive candidates using the interview process receiving offers used as leverage to correct the problem in their present employment works against us. And that mindset of plain not wanting the expense of using a recruiter works against us. The shrinking of jobs due to the awful economy works against us. Offshore outsourcing works against us. I maintain business keeps getting tougher. But if you hang out here long enough you hear the "best year ever" comments. Keep finding people your clients can't find while serious about hiring.
