I had someone come into my office complaining that his salary didn't go up in the same ratio's or percentages as the companies revenues. It wasn't my finest moment, but I told him, that he obviously mistook me for someone who cares. (Thus why I'm not in HR I suppose) These were the statements of an ego driven, self important, my s#@t don't stink, ill informed, immature worker.
