While searching in Google keep in mind that Google will display only 1000 results even though the number of results exceeds this number.
Try to keep the search string not to exceed more than 10 words for better results.
One can add num=100 in the URL directly in the address bar for Google to display 1-100 on each page.
Also we can get results limited to one country by adding &cr=country(Country's short form in capital Letters)& in the URL in the address bar (http://www.google.com/search?num=100&cr=countryIN&hl=en&q=resume&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=
