I suspect (and fear) some of those that are pushed over the ledge will fall into a black hole and hit hard; maybe even hard enough to knock some sense into them. Why it is that recruiters think they can flop job reqs out there on any medium and not be an irritation is beyond me. That kind of post belongs on a job board or a channel for job listings which do little good in something that moves as fast as twitter. In these cases, unselfishness and good business tend to coincide. Comment on: Blog Post 'Facebook Graph Search for Recruiters': g talent, primarily because very few people actually keep their professional information on there. We see this clearly through our user interactions, but we also see something else....employees are MUCH less willing to leverage Facebook in sourcing or referrals than they are with other sites like LinkedIn or Google+. I suspect this is because most people feel like you do - it's a SOCIAL network. However, that's today....it will be very interesting to see where it tracks over time. In Japan, these workers "...quickly became the largest group of foreign blue-collar workers in an otherwise immigration-adverse country, filling the so-called three-K jobs (kitsui, kitanai, kiken — or hard, dirty and dangerous)." I suspect this program won't last long - it has its inhumane elements especially for a highly cultured country - but it does conjure up thoughts as to what a government may do "manage" its overall worker pool. I personally use twitter to share my blog posts after I have gone through great efforts to write something I feel may be interesting for others. It's important to remember what twitter really is; a micro blogging medium. It is intended to be used in the same way you would use a blog only doing so in a couple sentences.
