ie; some companies have a fast paced corporate culture based on crisis management. Those who do well in that culture are those who can change direction on a dime and roll with constant change. People who need to know on Monday what they will be doing on Friday or next month do not do well in this type of culture. Racehorses don't do well in very structured environments where change takes weeks or months requiring approval of 12 people before anything can happen. Sometimes they can balance each other but the frustration level is difficult for the person who does not fit the majority of the culture.…
