Summer Intern Students, counselors & faculty (Wilmington College), Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) representatives (faculty, university admin. and Asst. dean); Monsanto HR and R&D executives...and I (Manager, Staffing and University Relations).

Making diversity happen by attracting, enriching, challenging, training and exposing a diverse mix of student leaders from the top AG colleges in the country to immerse themselves in all-things-AG through a Cooperative Internship Training Program (CITP) sponsored by Monsanto Agricultural Company.

Colleges represented are: Purdue University; University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign; Texas A&M University; Penn State University; Michigan State University; University of California-Davis; Southern University; Ohio State University; University of Hawaii, University of Maryland, Eastern Shores; North Carolina A&T University; and Alabama A&M University.
