I like the "Halo" affect produced by a small head-light attachment in this extended photo exposure.

The "Halo" Affect presents a problem in recruiting if the preference is for hiring in the image of the "majority" particularly if there is a lack of diversity within the employee population.

Employers who embrace a diverse workforce standout.  Just as employers who do not.
