Candidates so good that they seem heaven sent are what I mean by the term "Job Candidates From Paradise".  They impress almost immediately and are a lock once reference checks validate their impressiveness against a very-hard-to-fill-position.

When I come across one of these "very-hard-to-find-high-potential-candidates", well -- my body language is such that I am...ECSTATIC!
