The point being--be thorough in your overall assessment of candidates for hire. They may shake out to be exactly what you need. Or they may turn out to be cartoonists in-training when you wanted an accomplished tattoo artist.

There are some businesses, like Tattoo Parlors, where an unhappy customer will most likely demonstrate their unhappiness for services rendered.
I'm guessing this is the first and last day on the job for the cartoonist in this photo.
