Hi Debbie,

I just wanted to let you know that there are companies out there that do not do this type of thing. I think it is every company's right to handle shares the way they like, but I personally do not work with anyone who has this method of operating and there are many companies who I do work with who agree.

When we get a new position the first thing we do is a "data base/resume" search. We THEN open it up to splits. If I "forgot" to call someone, or they don't know me very well and therefore didn't answer my communication or what ever the reason, (and believe me I've kicked myself sometimes); that's my problem. Filling the position and having happy clients and happy candidates, (and of course an amount of money for our time), is my main goal. Everyone wins and we can make more money by filling the position quickly and going on to the next position, (not to mention repeat business.
Best wishes to you and hang in there and you will find like-minded partners! Joanne
