This is my third version of this comment. The more I read on your site the more I can see the viability of what you call a Visual CV. At first I thought that it would be good for short listed candidates only because no one has time to look at a slew of them. Then I thought that it would make a nice complement to a written resume that is posted online (like a LinkedIn profile which you don't seem to have). Then I saw that you are promoting it as a business card on steroids. That's interesting too.
So, you're winning me over by expanding the contexts in which an online video "profile" might be useful.
