You guys know how most of our clients look at BA resumes and think they are too high level because most of what is written on the resume speaks to what they have accomplished? I try to tell my clients that the reason a JDE BA writes about reporting capabilities is because in the end, once all modules are set up and interfacing correctly, that is "exactly" what you want from your BA--the…

You guys know how most of our clients look at BA resumes and think they are too high level because most of what is written on the resume speaks to what they have accomplished? I try to tell my clients that the reason a JDE BA writes about reporting capabilities is because in the end, once all modules are set up and interfacing correctly, that is "exactly" what you want from your BA--the ability to hit a button and spit out an accurate report that tells you precisely where you stand...anyhow I am going nuts trying to educate HR managers on what this means and then expecting them to be able to translate to the hiring managers in a way they will understand, so if you have a client"Accounting Manager or Executive" that tells you he/she needs to implement or set up JDE, give me a shout....
Sorry for the run-ons, that’s just how I write, but I know my resources intimately..
Derek designed and deployed the complete infrastructure replacement for the entire operations of the largest Telecom Company in Mexico. This project was extremely problematic from the beginning, having to deal with language and culture barriers as well as a non existent electrical wiring and power delivery situation, implementing an infrastructure that was powered by Diesel Generators proved to be difficult but did not prevent the success of the project. Derek has a unique understanding of Network Security, he has mastered the approach to testing and strategically implementing Firewalls to eliminate inside/outside vulnerability for small to extremely large Organizations..., Iv egot Derek engaged for the next 3 weeks, but he will probably finish the deliverable in 2 so please give me a call now..

ps: with respect to his capabilities and availability, I like to work with clients that can articulate definative goals and timeframes, and this guy always over delivers...Avionics technology Niche...tag:recruitingblogs.com,2008-10-03:502551:BlogPost:2736042008-10-03T14:31:12.000ZGreg Kosthttps://recruitingblogs.com/profile/GregKost
