I recruit for various positions on military installations (aircraft mechanics, civil engineers, electrical engineers, etc.) and most of the Hiring Managers want applicants with a military background who have experience in their related fields.

Does anyone know of any employment web sites that target these type of applicants? I already have contacts within the military sites for TAP & ACAP briefings, but those are mainly for people who are currently leaving the military. I need people who may be in IRR status or at least with recent military experience.

I already work with Monster, Recruitmilitary.com, GI Jobs.com and one or two others, but their resumes are pretty old and I need people with more current experience. Thanks in advance!
