What An Alpha-Baffoon Taught Me About Recruiting . . .

Does That Mean I Hired a Twit?

Right around July 24th jobs started heading to a new board - a board where job descriptions are only allowed to be 142 characters or less. So in a world where employers are complaining that job boards don't typically give them enough freedom, one wonders why an employer might choose this one. Why would an employer want to post on what could quite possibly be the most limiting job board in existence today?
