Let’s just cut to the chase - interviewing and looking for a job can be extremely tough. If you have approached your job search in a professional manner you have already:
- researched and learned all you can about the company, interview team and hiring manager.

Let me start by saying I'm a Twitter fan, and think we've only begun to scratch the surface of it's potential.
That said, as my Twitter base grows and I politely try to follow back the majority of people that for some reason have decided to follow me, I've run into a frustrating situation.

This is no doubt mostly my fault as I don't spend a ton…

Involuntary part-time workers account for
"...almost one in three of all part-time workers. Almost all the new involuntary part-time workers were formerly full-time workers accepting cutbacks in hours. During the current financial crisis many companies are being forced to retrench staff; and it’s in times like these that quality employees are holding onto their jobs. Generally these are the candidates that are making a valuable contribution to their current employer and are less likely to be considered for retrenchment. But these are exactly the types of skills that recruiters will need to hunt down if they want to ensure that they are hiring the best.
South African…

The American engagement in Iraq has been looked at from many perspectives — the flawed intelligence that provided the war’s rationale, the failed effort to secure an international mandate, the rapid success of the invasion, and the long ensuing counterinsurgency campaign. This book focuses on the activities of the Coalition Provisional Authority and its administrator, L. Paul Bremer, who governed…

How can job boards even continue to exist? Because they connect job seekers and those who want to employ them. If a job board doesn’t do this simple task successfully, it eventually goes out of business.
But as any hiring manager, HR director, or recruiter knows, job boards are not the only solution. Why? Because the employment market is incredibly….random.
Think about it. If you’re a job seeker, you’re expected to know about the relevant job boards for your industry, the…

However, at the end of the discussion - I thought he looked outside so much that he completely forgotten about looking inwards. What do I mean?
For corporate recruitment departments, recruitment not only mean finding/interviewing/placing the candidates but it starts right from…
