Manufacturing Recruiting

I have a challenge that I welcome any suggestions.

I have a client that is in need of manufacturing employees such as Surface Mount Operators and Die Mount Operators and Automated Measuring Machine Operators. These positions require the individuals to have prior experience.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I might find such individuals?
