Candidates do not like to apply to postitions when companies advertise vacancies in a vacuum.
Often, companies do not state the name of the company or the salary range for the vacancies they advertise. Insted, they use words such as "Multinational Telecom Company", or "Magic Circle Law Firm" and are silent or vague when it comes to salary.
