Chaulk it up to Paranoia or is there something to it?

I'm hearing from more and more good candidates how they get good feedback from the interview process and then, ... nothing. Their recruiters don't make any effort for closure and candidates are becoming more concerned that employers are making calls, checking backgrounds and/or using informal channels to weed out candidates earlier - and, like identity theft, if there's something out there that is wrong or erroneous - it has a definite impact on the candidate without recourse or even being… Continue
