Being hung up on...

Hello folks;
Recently I have been experiencing a large number of people hanging up on me.
I have been in IT search for over 15 years and this is the first time (past 6 mos) this has happened several times.
I have combined the old with the new as it pertains to name generation.
Is it possible that recently my searches have been within the "Open Source" community or is it the "greenhorns" not properly conducting themselves that fosters negativity to the recruiting community in general?

Sal, people hate running for the phone only to get another recruiter. They are probably highly sought after candidates posted somewhere and getting too many calls. I recently tried recruiting or some T-Mobile positions which are posted online for several agencies to work. by the end of my only day working, I got messages saying that I was the 10th person to call these Technical Writers about T-Mobile. This situation creates a bad taste in the mouth of the public toward T-Mobile. Not a good situation for me either.
