Excellent commentary...on clients? It is all about building value added relationships and trust and providing results results!!
Also, about just enhancing your relationships and always networking and seeking knowledge this will help build a quality business relationship.

It is about them and not us and client satisfaction and how to close the candidates...loved the advice on staying close to your clients...and making them your friends and fellow partners in success.
It is about give and take...
