How can HR teams use AI recruiting tools?

AI has proved to be instrumental in taking large volumes of unfiltered data that a human being couldn't possibly process and turning it into data sets and actionable information that can be worked on. And it can do precisely that in recruitment.

Here are three use cases where AI can lead to a more data-driven approach to hiring:

1. Sourcing: With the acute shortage of global talent and burnout being a very real thing, AI is the perfect solution to source, sort, match, and score candidates. Because the technology can navigate high volumes of applicants at astonishingly high speeds, the time to hire also significantly drops. It's a win on all fronts!

2. Diversity hiring: AI helps eliminate unconscious bias and brings accountability into the recruitment process. If your organization has diversity hiring goals, it will help keep them on track. If not, it will enable HR teams to self-audit, get transparent, and make sure there’s no hiring bias.

3. Programmatic Advertising: Using AI, employers can run targeted ads, in turn, ensuring that they reach the right candidate audience. In a time when finding the right employees is no easy feat, this tool can prove to be invaluable.

The increasing use of AI recruiting tools in talent acquisition is evident, especially among companies that focus on workforce diversity, recruiter efficiency, and hiring quality candidates. However, this is just the beginning of the infinite potential of AI in every facet of HR.
