Recruiters ~ How many hours do you work a week?

Just a quick question...

I coach a number of Recruiting Professionals and I am seeing a large swing in the amount of hours these Recruiters are work to be productive. I am curious to know....

On average how many hours do you work a week?
What are your most productive days and times during that week?
What is your least favorite day and time of the week and why?

Thanks for the insight!!!

It depends if I'm billing by the hour. Those jobs always take longer.

My team at Readyforce and I work together in the office about 50 hours each week, then from home we put in on average another 10 hours each week.  We have a great vacation policy which is that we trust our people so we do not track time off, this way if we need to leave early or take a day off we just clear the time and take it. Overall our environment is so fun and exciting that we often have to tell people to either go home or take some time off. Recruiting is a great profession but you have to be driven by something bigger than just filling a job or generating a fee. Goals are what drive me - personal goals, team goals, and company goals... We use our less productive recruiting times for meetings, planning, and market research.
