Setting goals is key to being successful as is activity and numbers. Answer this question what are you doing to find people that others are not? He goes on to say do your research, to find them you need to understand them. Always keep in mind the GOLD that lies within your ATS and CRM. Lots of other things about creating your own training material, and making it about the candidate with regards to outreach.
