That's a great idea John - think how much content is out there lost in the way back machine. And on just this subject alone there was some fab content I recall accessing. HCI started to move in this direction but there still isn't good search capability. Have some ideas on how we can do this so lets chat in Vegas...or before.<br />

Re your question - The biggest things I see missing from the ATS offerings today are CRM (Virtual Edge has it but I hear it isn't great); integrated job distribution and management - beyond job boards to enable social media - perhaps its Arbita meets job-o-matic to start; seo and media management; and, improved reporting capability. Keep in mind that this depends on which systems are being compared to. These are the biggest - I'm sure I could come up with a lot more :))!<br />

My last experience was with iCIMS and it would need a lot more than just the above - not a great experience.
