Ah yes! I have seen a backlash in some organizations and with some professionals. I know of clients that have set time in the day where its employees can not use social media or technology (i.e. email) to communicate - they must get out from behind their desk and actually get to know their colleagues, or pick up the phone and talk to get work done. Alas, I have also found that growing numbers are just as happy focusing on social media and email as the primary communication and marketing…

I still value the phone more than any job job board....show me someone that spends hrs on social sites and I say they will be out of the recruiting game before they spell placement....
