Very, very cool Jason - the first thing my manager had me do when I joined the industry as a third party recruiter (waaay back in the mid-90's) was to read The Fordyce Letter. A great deal of my (recruiting) habits were formed around the advice & guidance it offered as I grew in my career.<br />

I'm really happy it's still staying in hands that I have a great deal of respect for. Good going!
