Absolutely Tim. " will performers" create a fantastic pull which is infectious and that's why they are most desirable for an organisation seeking growth & innovation. I am sure you would also have noticed that these guys get sacrificed ( while "waiting to perform" survive) quickly, if something goes wrong. Their confidence is most often perceived as arrogance.

Thanks for the post Subramani. Give me a team of 'will performers' any day of the week. Those are the hungry folks that are motivated and willing to run through a wall to obtain a goal. Sadly- I feel at times however that I am more surrounded by the 'waiting to perform' and like you point out- always ready with a reason as to why this is the case. I also agree that in the bigger picture of things it is these 'waiting to perform' that create the biggest obstacles.
