I work for a job board <a href="http://www.ultimatejobboard.com" target="_blank">ultimatejobboard</a> and we spent years developing amazing search and filtering tools. One of the things that clients resist most is entering a salary range and other details. I get database building but then don't complain when your inbox is full with "unqualified" candidates. The more detail you put, the better. Job seekers don't want to waste their time…</p>
