Most ambitious MBA students want international but want “short&sweet” assignments. It’ll take a “functionality” in language skills and cultural sensitivity and protracted assignments to prove their worth to compete--meaning companies will have to attract and develop high potential countrymen and women worldwide to be willing to “go and prove themselves internationally” as a mandatory career growth requirement.</i></b></li>
<li><b><i> </i></b>#6. Many MBA recruiters continue to find it challenging to find and hire qualified diversity candidates, particularly women. <b><i>This conclusion surprises me. Haven’t these “MBA recruiters” discovered the dynamic minority MBA organizations and college programs that have an abundance of qualified/diverse candidates inclusive of women? Maybe they need to call me if they need to find such talent.</i></b></li>
