<p>My office is Virtual and so is my staff. You can add to your list of benefits for working virtual.....</p>
<p>Like you stated, the commute is fabulous. Take that a bit further and know that you are not spending fuel, wear and tear on your vehicle (and nerves) and adding to the traffic and the pollution. My dog loves having me home to open the door for her at her whim. My dog also makes sure I get some play time in between conference calls. Play is important. </p>

<p>And congrats to you for getting the offer to work Virtual. It says a lot about you and the faith and trust your employer has in you! My wish is that more companies who hire Professionals to Recruit Professionals and Companies who hire Professionals to design software and Engineering professionals would put the same trust in these "professionals" to be professional working from home as well. A wider candidate selection is available when there is no location limit. They can also expect greater employee loyalty because they are afforded a greater work life balance.
