I think it may be part of the process of maturation (or "aging, if you prefer) that most people will realize that what they thought they were going after may not be as pleasing as what they had hoped for, and that often what they're told/led to believe isn't the way things really are.</p>

<p>Thank you for the comment, this is indeed the case in today's world and I do agree. I was more aiming that posting towards people who often find themselves working in big firms today, who thought the career in a big firm would be what they wanted. Often people realise after they enter big companies that in order for large companies to work well, there has to be more organisation and normally more division of tasks. My post is aiming at helping people understand themselves better, and to ascertain whether their personality is more 'hands-on' (suited to a smaller business), where normally people are more extrovert or more specific-task related and good at building bridges internally (suited to a bigger business).</p> Thanks, Rana.
