<p>Thanks, Ashley. I'm still puzzled why so many Founders, CXOs, Sr. Execs, and Hiring Managers expect to get excellence on the cheap. You don't have to have really good pay, but you have to have really good SOMETHING- and not just the worn-out marketing hype that your company spews out as a person suffering from food-poisoning spews out "things"...</p>
