ISTM that those recruiting tasks most easily analyzable by TAKT are those low-touch, low-value add, routinized, non-creative areas which would be best "trans-sourced" (no-sourced, through-sourced,or outsourced) for less than U.S minimum wage. i.e. use TAKT to figure out what tasks your people SHOULDN'T be doing....</p>
