<p>Can we change the terminology to 'marketing' on FB? Recruiting on fb has NOTHING to do with posts, etc, but it's the marketing of your company and the positions you have posted/sponsored. </p>
<p>Recruiting on FB refers to finding candidates based on what they have posted and actually asking for connections, etc. </p>
