JD has this entity participated since it joined. Yet look at the friends hitting on him/her?

PS: Do blog postings appear on the front page. I cant see them. If not, you've followed the lead of HRMToday and might as well take the blogging function off of RBC. Because it would be worthless.

PS: Jer, I get almost no friend requests. I used to make friend requests of all new members. You guys think the well known players are more popular than they are. Cheezhead and JD are legitimately popular. Not many others.

I have started my process and it's amazing how many "friends" I have with no profiles set up. I am not looking to go crazy with this stuff. It was just the way the day went yesterday and I think it flows from not paying attention you become connected with. Just my opinion. I don't think we need a revolution.

Animal - my policy has always been "why should we be friends"? With that in mind I have managed to grow my RBC community to a cozy 119 friends. I have determined that of those - around 100 have actually connected with me in a "real" way in the past 6 months or so.

Its easy to see how you and others within the Recruiterati community have so many wannabe's begging to befriend them. For regular guys/gals its a different story.
So you famous people - yeah, sure - burn 'em all. They'll flock back…

So you famous people - yeah, sure - burn 'em all. They'll flock back in droves. But regular staffers like me - we just don't have that problem yet.
P.S. Where's my award? My mom and dad want to see it.
