Impressive read and so true! This prolong strategy do not help recruiters to find a quality fit candidate. Technology is the most available asset in time pressures to end up hiring a candidate with exact skills and potential you are looking for. This mystery can be easily resolved through integration of online assessments in talent acquisition strategy.
