I say people should blog, blog, blog! But always remember this "You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of reality." So think about what you post before you do. Because your words can come back to haunt you.<br />

And then get upset when they are confronted about what they wrote. Well, that is just silly? If you care enough to post what you think, then you should be able to defend it.<br />

It's about values, really. If someone's job, for instance, bothers them so much that feel unduly constrained in what they can post on a blog, maybe they should seek out a company that shares their common values.<br />
<br />
THAT being said - as long as people think before they post, there would be fewer issues.<br />
