We had narrowed it down to Monster or iCIMS. Because of budget constraints we weren't looking at products like Taleo (although given the cost-creep, maybe we should have).

If iCIMS ends up in the top two, let me know. We have discovered a real license-creep in costs, practically doubling over the first year as "sharing" a license doesn't work real well. In my experience, they came in with a low quote, but over time, the other top runner would have been cheaper (and IMO better).
