Is the New Mexico aviation position still open? If so, I may have a strong candidate. Drop me a line.
Thanks,

Diva,
Please give me a ring. I've been working on a search in New Mexico as well (automation process). I believe I could be of assistance.

Diva,

Did you get the e-mails? I received a series of messages saying they were "delayed".....may have been too many, too large??

Assuming the needs are on the West Coast probably no help, but throughout Texas I/We(Accountablity Resources) have a very good network.

Hi Diva:
Thanks for the reaching out. I assume the positions are in California? I don't have anyone at this point.
Good luck with the searches.

Thanks for the note. I'm very new to this group as well. I've been in recruiting for 10 years and recently stepped into the accounting/finance industry. I am always open for questions and pointers as well as general "venting". I look forward to making new friends and contacts here. What are you hoping to get out of recruiting blogs?

Hi Diva,

I too am relatively new to this group. I spent 20 years directing HR for both large and start-up companies. A great deal of that time was spent sourcing and hiring (without the benefit of budget to utilize outside recruitment firms). I now have my own company specializing in technical placements, HR outsourcing and PR/Marketing consulting. I'm hoping that this group, and others I belong to, will connect me with others for collaborative placements as well as network with others to share ideas. How about you?

I'm also relatively new to recruiting blogs. One of the benefits I see is the opportunity to learn about recruiters in other parts of the country so when I need to partner with another recruiter on a search or just directly refer a candidate or client, I feel confident doing so. Conversely, I hope to establish a reputation that wil make people in other states (or countries) feel comfortable either referring people to me or doing split deals where appropriate.
