I am working on a Inside Consulting Services Sales position in Alpharetta. The hiring manager is looking for someone with IT recruiting experience. Do you know of anyone looking to get out of the Recruiting industry that might want to make the transition to an inside sales role? $45-$55k base plus commission OTE of $85k.
Any ideas?
If so, please give me a call at 678-889-8742 or karl@executivesales.com
Do you want to be a guest on the Animal Panel on Wed at noon EST. I'm trying to get 4 people who've been recruiters plus leaving one line open for other callers. It's not urgent. If it doesn't suit you that's okay. I throw out topics and the panel of genius experts argue about it. Let me know, okay? Regards email me

Hi Erica! The main thing that I want to see when evaluating recruiter candidates is the ability to source and mine information from the internet, industry trade publications, etc...Recruiting is about 50% research, in my opinion, so being resourceful when you come to a dead-end in a search is a MUST! Your experience in HR is valuable to a recruiting role as you understand what it is like on "the other side of the desk." I would play up your experience working directly with hiring managers and decision makers on the HR side, your knowledge of corporate procedures and processes, and ability to maneuver those waters effectively. Then on the recruiting side, I would highlight resourcefulness, tenacity, willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, creativity, negotiation skills, and ability to work with people during a highly emotionally driven process.
Hope this helps! Feel free to email me directly if you have more questions - ragan@iqinteractive.com.
Wondering if you could offer me any advice. I am putting my resume together and would like to be a recruiter. My resume has H.R. experience in the mortgage industry for the last 7 years and tops off with some sales. How do I make it look good so that I can land a great job as a recruiter. What do they want to see?
logic...overrated?? MY GOD MAN ITS WHAT I USE TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE!! I guess all that shit house math in college turned me in to the arrogant ass i am today. :)
Dig the cover, yo. I'm sure it got the chad's attention real quick.
Well you know Animal, I have always been a bit of a revolutionary rabble rouser. As my dad says, does Castro know you stole his hat? It is actually a skateboard company that made it, so I guess I am a punk kid at heart too!
