WOW - From what I know that area is extremely difficult to get quality candidates. You must have your hands full. If you ever move closer to Baltimore I'll give you a shot at Direct hire and high end contract placements.

Jill - do you recruit for mostly industrial accounts, clerical accounts, or a mix? When I started in this industry, right out of college, I ran a desk in Temps. It was the most stressful job in my 8 years. Industrial candidates not showing up for work, showing up intoxicated, getting hurt (or at least they claimed they did) and one and on. Professional staffing is a lot less headache and the earning potential is much better since the margins are not squeezed like in the industrial sector. Btw, where is Thurmont MD?
