I've returned this year to SXSWi with not only great expectations but fun deliverables. As I'm writing from my hotel this morning in Austin, TX I'm reminded that I'm only on the 2nd day of the event and already feeling like I have connected with a week's worth of people, heard a week's worth of industry chatter and seen a week's worth of after hours socializing.  It's not overwhelming, as some might think...  It's exciting.

One of the things I'm the most excited about is the official release of the PepsiCo mobile app, "Possibilities..."  for Droid, iPhone and iPad devices in the US.  It's something that our teams are proud to have been able to make available this month.

What we're most proud of is not it's release, however.  It's the approach we took in creating what we believe is literally a "one of a kind" employment application. The Possibilities... application isn't about listing what jobs are available - it's about introducing you to the people at PepsiCo and giving you a glimpse of the exciting things that are possible at an innovative, fast-paced and diverse global organization...
