Which on-demand/ cloud-based CRM systems do people recommend?

I know there are a ton out there.  Please let me know if anyone uses a system that is strong on both the client and candidate side, as well as being accessible via the web from anywhere, and has potential to expand with a company.

 

Also, how do they tend to charge- per user, per month?  If you don't mind, pricing figures would be helpful as well.

resumix is not bad it is like $100 per user i think

 

Brass ring is relly expensive but good. Good for a company that has 100's of users and offices

Thanks C.B.   I just checked out a demo on LinkedIn's Recruiter professional Services, which looks pretty cool... BUT costs about $5k per user per year and then you would still need another system for all candidates not on or active on LinkedIn...
