With today’s mobile technologies, job searches are becoming easier than ever before.  There are tons of apps a job seeker can use to pursue a career and find employment opportunities.  Twitter gives opportunities to make connections with job recruiters, and job seekers can even create a resume on social media.  Below are the best apps for finding job opportunities.

 

1. Careerbuilder.com

 

Careerbuilder.com has geo-location features.  The app is one of the best on the market for job seekers to utilize.  Careerbuilder.com hosts listings of jobs from around the world, and the user can get personal job recommendations, track and view job opportunities, and save jobs to apply to in the future. 2. Job Compass

 

When conducting a job search, Job Compass lets you search for jobs within a one-mile radius of your location and further.  The app lists millions of employment opportunities in as many as 55 countries.  The interface is intuitive.  Cost: Free.

 

3. Job Serve

 

Job Serve is another job search app compatible with the iPod, iPad, and devices features iOS 4.0 or greater.  Features include push notifications featuring job alerts, and alerts letting you know when jobs come up that match your skills.  Job Serve shows you jobs in real time and you get up to the minute information. 5. Craigslist Daily Free

 

Craigslist Daily takes a creative approach to presenting all the classifieds in the traditional Craigslist setting. The app is compatible with the iPod Touch, the iPhone, and iPad.
